Chwester, your image is not showing because the url you're putting in between the tags is incorrect.
Here is a screen shot of the html to make the image of the screen shot show here (there are no spaces at all in the url...it just looks that way because of wrapping text...so don't put any spaces in the url...but there is a space between img and src):

For the links to web pages and sites, you use the http://www.gapstudioweb.com%20" target="_blank"> tag; ie., http://www.gapstudioweb.com .
Now in both of those examples you need to have no spaces at all in there. Ie., after the http://www.gapstudioweb.com://http://www.gapstudioweb.com ,%20then%20right%20after%20that%20you%20have%20the%20" target="_blank">, you immediately follow it with the http://www.gapstudioweb.com, then right after that you have the ending tag. Same principle applies to the

1) make sure there are NO spaces in the tag.
2) put the whole internet file address in between the tags. And
3) Make sure that the file is there to be seen.

Except see where the paranthesis are? Replace them with [ ]s.
